16 foot Waldemar Three-Roll Pinch Pyramid Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine: Spherical roller tapered roller bearings are used throughout allowing for smaller diameters on column covers.
 
Four CNC AXYZ router machines significantly improve the lead time necessary for products. Curves are as easy to cut as straight lines, complex 3-D structures are relatively easy to produce, and the number of machining steps that require human action have been dramatically reduced. CNC automation reduced the frequency of errors and also
  allows for more flexibility in the way parts are held in the manufacturing process and the time required to change the machine to produce different components. The four MDSI CNC machine tables are 72" x 215" and can handle 70" x 215" sheets of metal.
